Controllers are necessary to extract the most performance out of a machine vision light. While many of our lights have integrated controllers that will allow the lights to have full functionality without requiring an external controller, some lights require controllers to function at all. Controller may also provide additional functionality such as the ability to dim or perform high power strobes. Lastly there are also controllers that allow the sequencing and control of multiple lights for applications such as computational (stereometric) imaging.
