In general, Machine Vision Direct attempts to ship items as quickly as possible.
The majority of our products have a lead time, although some are built to order, the following brands have standard lead times that apply to most products, but not all:

Lead times vary severely by the product and current market conditions. Machine Vision Direct publishes estimated lead times on the majority of our products that are based on the manufacturers standard lead times for that given product. These lead times are not always accurate, so we recommend reaching out to Machine Vision Direct to get an accurate lead time based on the time of quotation.

Cancellations are generally not possible as many of our items are made to order and enter production shortly after your order is placed.

Yes, Machine Vision Direct will support our customers in getting their items setup via remote support. This scope extends to making sure hardware is working properly and advising on basic implementation of the hardware. Support beyond basic implementation may incur consulting fees, or may require support from a 3rd Party Integration Partner.
Machine Vision Direct ships worldwide. Unlike many distributors, Machine Vision Direct is generally not geographically restricted in where we can sell to. (Certain Restrictions may apply). We utilize UPS, FedEx, and DHL as our traditional shipping partners. Machine Vision Direct will ship to any locations that these couriers offer service to at the time of the shipment.
Machine Vision Direct keeps a healthy stock of Machine Vision Lights, Lenses, Filters, Cameras, and Cables. While we maintain inventory of some of our best-selling items, our catalog is mostly built-to-order.
Our massive catalog is second-to-none on the internet, but also means that it is not possible to keep all items in stock as the items are highly configurable.

Machine Vision Direct is an Authorized Distributor for nearly all items we sell or advertise online. With a few minor exceptions such as power supplies as other minor peripheral accessories that we offer to our customers for convenience.
