An economical polarizer that offers unmatched glare extinction and greater durability than polarizing films. They are laminated to a single piece of acrylic and intended for applications where the external surface must be exposed to potentially harsh conditions, while the internal surface is naturally protected. Appropriate examples include lighting applications, rotating polarizers threaded onto the front of lenses, and polarizers that are mounted in camera enclosures.
PA371 sheet material is routinely laser cut to any desired custom shape, size, and mounting configuration. These polarizers utilize HT008 polarizing film and are offered in 1.2mm thickness.
