SXP80 Discontinuation - End of Life Notice

Smart Vision Lights has announced the discontinuation of the SXP80 series of Pattern Projector Lights, effective immediately. Once available stock has been depleted, the SXP80 will no longer be available for purchase.

The SXP80 machine vision light from Smart Vision Lights is a series of high output structured light pattern projector lights. This series featured an aluminum extrusion housing and integrated active cooling fan for improved heat dispersion, allowing for much improved output when compared to the SXP30 and ODSXP30 series. The SXP80 was compatible with a number of SVL's standard lenses and patterns, and custom patterns were available upon request. The SXP80 series was available in White, 470nm Blue, 530nm Green, and 625nm Red as standard variants.

A replacement series, the SXP80G2 will replace the SXP80.

The SXP80G2 high-output pattern projector light from Smart Vision Lights is a structured pattern projector intended for use in Machine Vision applications. This new and improved model features SVL's Mutli-Drive driver for high output in constant on or overdrive strobe modes, is made from billet aluminum which allows for passive cooling and increased performance, and fits in a much more compact package than the original SXP80

The wiring will be the exact same for the SXP80 and the SXP80G2, as both lights featured Smart Vision Lights MultiDrive Driver.
