Description
LLPX Series - Light Tent or Dome Type of illumination 
The LLPX-H Series is Smart Vision Lights second generation of LLP-H ring light panels that allows for more intensity with the same familiar ease of mounting. A new optically clear internal light dispersion grid and matte whitefinished backing plate allow more light to reflect up and out through the diffusion acrylic. Custom hole placement and two hole size options add to its versatility. The LLPX-H Series new Multi-Drive™ driver allows users to operate the product continuously or in OverDrive™ Strobe mode for that extra burst of intensity. OverDrive operation releases up to ten times the power versus constant operation. Simply set the LED manufacturers product parameters to the maximum allowed intensity. The built-in Multi-Driver™ also protects the LEDs from premature degradation and failure caused by excessive heat by regulating the current delivered to the LEDs and limiting the duty cycle of the light.

MOUNTING
Smart Vision Lights recommends using drop-in T-nuts for mounting an LLPX-H backlight.
Hardware included with light: (2) M5 x 10 mm screws (hex)

CUSTOM SIZES AND HOLE PATTERNS
SVL can customize an LLPX-H to the size you need up to 1000 x 1500 mm. When requesting a custom LLPX-H, include the following: size (length x width) in millimeters, what side the 5-pin M12 connector should be placed on, and desired wavelength (color). Holes can be placed in just about any location on the LLPX-H. When requesting custom hole placement, include number of holes needed, size of holes in millimeters and desired locations If you would like custom sizing or hole placement, please contact sales@machinevisiondirect.com and our staff will help with your customization request.
P.A.L. (PATTERN AREA LIGHTING)
Patterned Area Lighting™ (PAL) is designed to help simplify inspecting specular surface inspection by combining 2D and 3D qualitative methods into one image. PAL lighting features patterns printed directly on the lens, allowing users to quickly and easily detect defects that are nearly impossible to discover otherwise. PAL lighting is best used for phase measuring deflectometry applications, such as looking for chips, dents, scratches, scruffs, and even peeling paint. PAL patterns can be printed on the Diffuse Ring Light Panels.
