Descripción
The LCZE300 Linear Light is one of our brightest and most advanced linear lights. Delivering up to 100,000 lux, the LCZE300 includes our advanced NanoDrive™ driver, allowing users to operate the linear light in continuous operation or OverDrive™ strobe (high-pulse operation) mode. NanoDrive™ provides the ability to turn the light fully on in less than 500 ns. Users can also direct connect up to six LCZE300 lights to create ultra-long linear lights at a fraction of the cost of traditional monolithic solutions without any loss in uniformity. The LCZE300 can also be connected by daisy-chaining them together using a locking jumper cable. The LCZE300 Linear Light is rated for IP65. The industry standard 5 Pin M12 connector makes for simple wiring. The 1-10V analog control line gives the user total control over intensity in the continuous mode. The user simply sets the product parameters to the maximum allowed intensity (see datasheet). Removing the signal will put the light into OverDrive™ mode.
Recommended illumination usage: Bright Field, Direct Lighting, and Dark Field

Lens Options
The LCZE300 from Smart Vision Lights is available in three lens variations
Lens Option | Beam Angle |
Narrow (Standard) |
10 Degrees The standard lens option uses a 10° beam angle lens. Standard lenses create a narrow beam of illumination and are used for long working distances. |
Wide Lens (-W Option) |
25 Degrees The wide lens option uses a 25° beam angle lens. They create a floodlight effect and can be used for short working distances. |
Line Lens (-L Option) |
10 x 50 Degrees The line lens option uses a 10° x 50° beam angle lens. They project a thin, narrow beam of illumination. |
Working Distance
Smart Vision Lights recommends the LCZE300 be used at a working distance between 300 mm to 2000 mm
Smart Vision Link
With integrated SmartVisionLink™, the LCZE300 can be used with Smart Vision Light’s Bluetooth module (BTM-1000*). Users can install the SmartVisionLink™ app on Android or Apple phones and tablets to configure lighting parameters for each of the four lighting zones. Zone parameters include 10-100% intensity for both continuous and OverDrive™ strobe modes, as well as zone-disable. After parameters are set and saved, the BTM-1000 can be removed from the LCZE300 and settings will be retained in LCZ300E’s static memory. The SmartVisionlink™ app is available at no cost from the Google Play Store or Apple’s App Store. |
*The BTM-1000 is sold separately.
Connecting a BTM-1000 Module
The BTM-1000 can be connected directly to a light or attached to a jumper cable that is connected to a light. Once the light's intensity is set to desired level, the BTM-1000 can be removed from the light or cable. The pigtail end of the BTM-1000 is connected directly to the light or to the cable attached to the light.
Managing Multiple Lights
Using the SmartVisionLink app, a user is able to adjust intensity levels for a string of up to 6 lights. Each light or each zone in a multizone light are abl0e to have its intensity adjusted independently of the other lights and zones. When direct connecting six LCZE300 the user is able to manage 6 individual zone intensities.
Direct Connect vs. Daisy Chain
Direct Connect LCZE300 lights allow for connecting lights together with no additional cables. Lights are directly connected together, with no space between the lights.
Daisy Chain
Daisy chain allows for a standard 5PM12 jumper cable to be used to connect LCZE300 lights together. Lights are able to be spaced apart from each other.

MOUNTING
Four (4) screw holes are located on the bottom of the light for easy mounting. Four (4) mounting screws are included with the LCZE300 Linear Light.
Additionally, a 3-Axis pan and tilt mount (Part #: PB300-M5) can be used for mounting. This is optional and can be purchased separately.
