Swivellink - Machine Vision Mounting Solutions
The Swivellink® product is unique and offers multiple benefits. APT Manufacturing knew the design needed to be robust and flexible. The goal was to protect the expensive equipment and route cables safely, because a simple wire break or damaged product can cause hours of costly production downtime. Once it gained traction in the market, Swivellink found new and more creative ways to solve additional mounting problems. Swivellink has added solutions to mount cameras, sensors, lights, robotic end-of-arm tooling, and more. Swivellink® is now offered in 3 different sizes, XS, Standard, & Heavy Duty, and comes in Metric or Imperial.
BASES
The Ball Base attaches to your existing equipment (to Panels, Extrusion, Plates, and more) and generally connects to a knuckle. Ball bases have a through hole that can be used for routing wires, cables, or small hoses and also have an exit groove out the side of the bases for cables, hose, and wires.
KNUCKLES
Swivellink Knuckles are the combining components that mates Links and Ball Bases together. Either side of the swivellink knuckle will accept a ball base or a link, leading to many assembly combinations.
PLATES
Swivellink Plates are available in many different varieties and mount to a ball base on one side, and your device on the other. Plates are available for a variety of devices and are also available in custom configurations if a standard configuration does not meet your needs.
LINKS
Swivellink Links are used in conjunction with Knuckles to extend the reach and increase the flexibility of a mounting solution. Links are available in various lengths.
SENSOR MOUNTS
Swivellink Sensor Mounts are used for attaching sensors such as proxes and photoeyes from leading manufacturers like Banner, Allen Bradley, Keyence, Omron, Sick and more to swivellink mounting arms for stable yet flexible mounting.
KITS
Swivellink General Kits are composed of multiple swivellink components in easy to purchase prearranged assemblies. Kits may require assembly. Single arm, double arm, and other options ensure a solution exists for you.
